Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of a healthcare assistant (undersköterska) or BMAD qualification and hold a valid driver's license with their own car. Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is essential, and applicants should reside in or near Linköping. Experience in occupational health services and/or laboratory services, as well as experience in training others, are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Collector will be responsible for independently booking client assignments according to established routines and performing alcohol and drug tests using saliva or urine, adhering to the Chain of Custody protocol. Responsibilities also include conducting assigned training sessions, attending mandatory Teams meetings, and providing training to new collectors as needed. The role requires flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with the ability to self-schedule shifts.
