Responsibilities

  • Locate and contact former tenants
  • Guide former tenants on determining the best course of action pertaining to their debt
  • Participate in paid in-person training on State and Federal laws pertaining to collections, software applications, investigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution techniques
  • Work towards debt resolution in a high-pressure environment
