Candidates should have proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry, and possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field being a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is also necessary.
The Cold Caller will conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate sellers to introduce our services and identify selling opportunities, generate and qualify leads through effective communication and persuasion techniques, build and maintain relationships with potential sellers, provide information about our real estate services, maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. They will also collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies, provide regular feedback on lead quality, and stay updated with real estate market trends and industry developments.
