Candidates should possess optimism and a strong work ethic with a genuine love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, as well as a passionate desire to help others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating a reliable and professional attitude, and a comfort level with coaching a class with loud music and a lot of energy. Prior group fitness experience is a plus, but not required, and a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri) is needed, alongside the ability to coach a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and one full weekend day per week. Furthermore, the candidate must be available to coach a minimum of three holidays per year: one summer (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day); one winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day); and one pre/post (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve).
[solidcore] coaches are responsible for leading clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines, and providing support and motivation to push through challenging workouts. They will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand and culture, create a welcoming fitness space, and inspire and motivate others. Coaches will also be responsible for creating a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
