Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, active listening, store tours, feedback, communication, collaboration, change leadership, expectation-setting, guidance, and objective communication
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service using OBW, manage initiatives, resolve issues, develop action plans, and lead process improvements
  • Drive performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory/operations, and implementing shrink mitigation plans
  • Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, duty assignment, expectation-setting, recognition, belonging assurance, recruitment, and staffing for growth
  • Coordinate and oversee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, setting/measuring goals, building accountability, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Ensure policy compliance, support mission/values/ethics via action plans, Open Door Policy, and guidance in business practices
