Requirements

Candidates should possess optimism and hard work with a love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, as well as a passionate desire to help others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals. They should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, have prior group fitness experience as a plus, and exhibit a reliable and professional attitude, along with comfort coaching in a loud and energetic room. A minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri), the ability to coach a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and one full weekend day per week are required, as well as the capacity to coach a minimum of three holidays per year: One summer (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day); One winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day); and One pre/post (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve).

Responsibilities

[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through challenging workouts, while providing personalized attention and accountability in a group setting. They are expected to think quickly, monitor changes in employment legislation, develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand and culture, create a welcoming fitness space, and inspire and motivate others.
