As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member, responsibilities include participating in team meetings and events, learning new techniques, interacting with clients and the fitness community, embodying the [solidcore] brand, creating a welcoming fitness space, performing client-facing system tasks, touring prospective clients, regularly interacting with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, assisting with daily operations, notifying management of complaints, and addressing client issues promptly.

Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement.
