Candidates should possess optimism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a genuine love for health, fitness, and the solidcore workout. They must be passionate about helping others achieve their goals and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with prior group fitness experience being a plus but not a requirement. Applicants should be outgoing and personable, desiring to build relationships within the solidcore community, and demonstrate a team player attitude with a positive outlook. Reliability and professionalism are essential, along with comfort leading classes with loud music and high energy.
Solidcore coaches will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques and best practices from the coach and Studio Manager community, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the solidcore brand and culture, and create a welcoming and inclusive fitness space for all backgrounds and abilities. They will also coach a minimum of six classes per week and be available for a minimum of fifteen hours on weekdays, as well as one full weekend day and at least three holidays per year.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
