Candidates must demonstrate optimism and hard work with a love for health, fitness, and the solidcore workout, possess a passionate desire to help others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Prior group fitness experience is a plus but not required, and a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri) is needed, along with the ability to coach a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and one full weekend day per week. Comfort with coaching a minimum of three holidays per year – Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day; Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day; and Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve – is also required.
Solidcore coaches lead clients through signature 50-minute classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and providing support and motivation to push through challenging workouts. They are responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive fitness space, interacting with clients and the fitness community, participating in team meetings and events, learning new techniques, and embodying the solidcore brand and culture. Coaches also create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
