Candidates should possess optimism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a genuine love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, as well as a passion for helping others achieve their goals. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, have prior group fitness experience as a plus, and exhibit outgoing and personable qualities with a desire to build relationships within and outside the [solidcore] community. Furthermore, candidates must be reliable and professional, comfortable on a mic leading a fast-paced class with loud music and high energy, and have availability for a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri), coaching a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and one full weekend day per week.
[solidcore] coaches will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques and best practices from the coach and Studio Manager community, interact and form relationships with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand and culture, and create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities. They will also be responsible for coaching classes, providing personalized attention and accountability to clients, and demonstrating a genuine desire to inspire and motivate others.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
