Agile qualified or experience in Agile delivery methodologies; Product Owner/Scrum Master preferred
Certified in extensive BA training programs/bootcamps like CBAP, IIBA; experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) a plus
Certified in Six Sigma Green Belt; experience in projects with techniques like Kaizen, FPQ, FMEA a plus
Responsibilities
Perform detailed project analysis using techniques for highly iterative delivery, continuous requirements identification, and just-in-time definition
Optimize and ensure adherence to standards across the Global Client Onboarding Change & Transformation Initiative Portfolio
Ensure alignment with organizational priorities, drive business value, and enable data-driven decision-making
Serve across a variety of projects, single large-scale projects, multiple projects, or work streams related to system changes, global market changes, system migrations, and Client Account Opening & Asset Transition domain
Play a key role at project/program onset to define scope and create requirements, working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs
Work with IT during design, development, and testing phases
Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
Work closely with Technology solution teams and coordinate with Business SMEs to independently drive projects for Global Client Onboarding (GCO)
Direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees
Provide timely status updates and delivery of projects
Conduct business process mapping using Visio or other relevant tools
Manage project stakeholders
Facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Document BRD using a range of elicitation techniques in both waterfall and agile projects
