Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional measurement and quality checks on first pieces, ensure products meet specifications, and conduct ongoing self-inspections during production
  • Execute daily cleaning and maintenance of machines to ensure normal operation
  • Report machine abnormalities or product defects to supervisors promptly and assist in troubleshooting
  • Fill out production-related record forms, such as production quantity, processing time, and anomaly status
  • Implement 5S management
