BS in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience

Experience configuring, patching, and maintaining Linux and Windows Server environments (on-premises and cloud/EC2)
Experience using Terraform to manage, deploy, and maintain infrastructure, services, and applications
Experience managing, supporting, and backing up MySQL databases and application data
Experience building, maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines for Boomi, UiPath, AWS Glue, and Airflow
Experience managing build deployments to SIT, UAT, and Production with version and quality control
Experience managing and supporting Git source control repositories
Experience as primary support and technical owner for Boomi, UiPath, AWS Glue, Airflow, and related AWS services

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and automate core integration platforms (Boomi, UiPath, AWS Glue, Airflow)
Act as primary support (L1/L2) and escalation point (L3), monitoring jobs, and ensuring stack stability
Handle full support lifecycle for scheduled jobs across all environments, including monitoring, triage, L3 escalation, and ownership
Lead deep-dive troubleshooting for environment and production issues, performing advanced root cause analysis (RCA)
Develop, monitor, and maintain data orchestration pipelines using Airflow
Act as key support contact and technical owner for all AWS services supporting the platforms
Configure, patch, and maintain stable Linux and Windows Server environments for core platforms (on-premises and cloud/EC2)
Use Terraform to manage, deploy, and maintain infrastructure, services, and applications
Manage, support, and back up MySQL databases and other application data
Assist users with installation and setup of platform-related tools
Proactively create and automate support processes to eliminate repetitive tasks and prevent incidents
Create and maintain clear operational runbooks and technical support documentation
Set and lead hand-off meetings to review business and customer impact of deployment artifacts
Build, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and procedures for Boomi, UiPath, AWS Glue, and Airflow
Manage all build deployments to SIT, UAT, and Production environments, enforcing strict version and quality control
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes
Manage and support Git source control repositories
Perform other similar and related duties as required
