Requirements

  • Good Polish and English (written and spoken), level B2 and above
  • Working knowledge and hands-on administrator experience with Windows OS
  • Minimum 2nd Tier support experience with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and features
  • Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
  • Windows scripting skills (PowerShell)
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows OS and Mac OS
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
  • Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
  • Perform regular system audits and generate reports
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices
