Requirements
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or in lieu of degree 6 years of IT experience
3–6 years administering Salesforce in medium/large orgs
Deep hands-on with Sales Cloud (Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity products, Forecast Manager) and Service Cloud (Case lifecycle, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements)
Proven Flow Builder mastery; can replace legacy Workflow/Process Builder automations
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture flows, Service Cloud, CRM, Data Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce setup, configuration, and administration
Proficiency in Salesforce development and publishing mechanisms
Responsibilities
Platform Administration – manage users, security (MFA, SSO, permission sets), data model, page layouts, Record Types, Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms
Process Automation – build & optimise Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), approval processes, dynamic routing rules for leads & cases
Development – write/maintain Apex classes & triggers (with test coverage ≥ 80 %), tweak LWCs, create formula fields/validation rules, manage Unlocked Packages
Release & DevOps – prepare metadata in SFDX format, run changes through GitHub Actions → Scratch Orgs → Sandboxes → Production, resolve merge conflicts
Stakeholder Enablement – run demos, write “how-to” articles, gather feedback, triage tickets with a 2-hour SLA
