Responsibilities

Design and implementation of solutions and services that contribute efficiently to the overall reliability, performance, and scalability of the Assure Platform
Collaboration with development teams to design robust and scalable systems architecture that can efficiently run on AWS, ensuring that the best practices for fault tolerance, high availability, and disaster recovery are applied
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and product managers, to align on priorities and effectively communicate system changes, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders
Enable automation for the provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure components using tools like AMS (in-house tooling), Terraform, and other DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory and similar
Develop cloud-native applications and services to support the implemented applications and processes (e.g. SPA using JavaScript frameworks such as React and cloud backend services using languages such as NodeJS, Go and Shell scripting)
Continuously identify areas for improvement in the deployment process, monitoring, and overall system performance
Investigation, research and development of new cloud technologies, platforms, and languages to be added to the DXC Assure Platform roadmap
Explore new options for applying Agentic AI to our products
