Requirements

7-10 years in Quality Assurance, with 3+ years focused on cloud-based systems
Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP preferred
Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Postman, JMeter)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Solid understanding of microservices, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong project management skills (Agile)
Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer (preferred)
Experience with AI/ML model validation in cloud environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

Define and implement QA strategies tailored to cloud-native and multi-cloud environments
Establish quality standards, metrics, and best practices for cloud-based applications and infrastructure
Collaborate with Cloud Architecture, DevOps, and Security teams to align QA processes with cloud governance
Lead the design and implementation of automation for testing cloud services
Evaluate and integrate cloud-native testing
Drive performance, scalability, and chaos testing for cloud workloads
Act as the QA liaison across multiple project teams, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing
Mentor QA engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Collaborate with SRE and DevOps teams to implement observability practices and validate SLAs/SLOs
Use telemetry data to proactively identify and address quality issues in production
