Requirements

Candidates should have experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL server, Powershell, SMTP, IIS, FTP/SMTP, and willingness to learn new technologies and practices. Resourcefulness and good knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring and maintenance are also required, along with technical skills in automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, JSON, or other scripting languages. Knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft Azure platform, and SQL Server is an advantage.

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for solving customer business processing issues, finding ways to avoid them from happening again, and building better solutions for customers. You will utilize a structured approach, tools, and processes, and the latest analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly and effectively solve problems. You will also have the opportunity to learn hot skills in the market such as Azure, DevOps, and troubleshooting, ranging from infrastructure, virtualization, operating systems, and the application stack, and you may be required to conduct background checks for access to sensitive data.
