10+ years of project management experience
Deep knowledge and practical experience in IT infrastructure and ITO services
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple large projects
Experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and operation
Experience and knowledge of ITO service delivery models
SLA management and vendor management experience
Ability to read English documents and communicate basic information via email

Responsibilities

Lead large and complex projects (single or multiple locations)
Handle diverse projects (cloud migration, infrastructure setup, operational design, etc.)
Manage project SLAs (quality, timeline, PSL)
Develop and execute roadmaps to achieve project goals and KPIs
Obtain client agreements, create project plans, and execute them
Create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), allocate resources, and manage progress
Implement risk and issue management and appropriate countermeasures
Build and maintain relationships with client company executives
Represent the company in interactions with clients and partners
Build trust with clients and handle escalations
Conduct regular meetings and provide status reports
Develop and implement measures to improve client satisfaction
Develop and mentor project team members
Collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders, driving problem-solving and risk management
Ensure client expectations are met across scope, timeline, budget, and quality in IT infrastructure-related projects
