Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead large and complex projects (single or multiple locations)
  • Handle diverse projects (cloud migration, infrastructure setup, operational design, etc.)
  • Manage project SLAs (quality, timeline, PSL)
  • Develop and execute roadmaps to achieve project goals and KPIs
  • Obtain client agreements, create project plans, and execute them
  • Create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), allocate resources, and manage progress
  • Implement risk and issue management and appropriate countermeasures
  • Build and maintain relationships with client company executives
  • Represent the company in interactions with clients and partners
  • Build trust with clients and handle escalations
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide status reports
  • Develop and implement measures to improve client satisfaction
  • Develop and mentor project team members
  • Collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders, driving problem-solving and risk management
  • Ensure client expectations are met across scope, timeline, budget, and quality in IT infrastructure-related projects
