With a structured approach, tools and processes, and the latest analytical and troubleshooting skills, you'll be equipped to solve problems quickly and effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to learn hot skills in the market such as Azure, DevOps, and troubleshooting - ranging from infrastructure, virtualization, operating systems, and the application stack.

Qualifications

Here are the qualities and qualifications we're looking for:

• Operating Systems & Databases:
  • Experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL server, Powershell
  • Database Design & Architecture: Schema design, normalization/denormalization, Data partitioning and sharding strategies
  • Performance Optimization: Query tuning and indexing
  • Experience with database monitoring tools and proactive alerting
  • Experience with PostgreSQL is an advantage
• Mindset & Skills:
  • Willingness to learn: Eager to learn new technologies and practices, and excited to grow skills.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to search for information and apply solutions quickly and efficiently. Critical and creative thinking for problem-solving.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring and maintenance.
    • Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, JSON, or other scripting languages.
    • Knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft Azure platform, and SQL Server is an advantage.
• Communication Skills:
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and clearly communicate technical information.
