Responsibilities

Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience; model, train, and coach expectations to deliver the service standard
Understand role in sales growth and how each area contributes to total store profitability
Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching, and team interactions
Problem solve and prioritize across multiple business areas to execute store strategies, deliver business results and sales goals while prioritizing the guest experience
Assist leaders through communication and collaboration to influence sales performance and workload deliverables; leverage daily check-ins, check-outs, and meetings
Support store operations by viewing the store through the guest's lens, establishing consistent routines, and ensuring departments are zoned, in-stock, signed, and labeled
Use business planning tools to share priorities and business updates with store leadership
Take action to achieve performance goals
Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team
Support team onboarding, learning, and skill gap closure through development, coaching, and interactions
Support leader in establishing clear goals and expectations; hold team members accountable and share performance feedback
