Support store operations by viewing the store through the guest's lens, establishing consistent routines, and ensuring departments are zoned, in-stock, signed, and labeled
Use business planning tools to share priorities and business updates with store leadership
Take action to achieve performance goals
Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team
Support team onboarding, learning, and skill gap closure through development, coaching, and interactions
Support leader in establishing clear goals and expectations; hold team members accountable and share performance feedback
