Requirements

  • Significant experience in clinical cardiac sales, account planning, territory management and forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience with cardiac pacing devices
  • Strong clinical experience in cardiac pacing devices
  • Required to travel up to 25%
  • Valid driver’s licence required

Responsibilities

  • Promote, sell & educate on Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm management products & services across the assigned territory hospital network
  • Work with the team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing or strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders and through effective sales & service strategies
  • Act as Medtronic’s primary liaison and be the preferred partner for patient care
  • Understand the clinical and service needs of customers and provide highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiency
  • Ensure the highest level of clinical, technical and sales knowledge is attained and maintained. Achieve sales and territory management learning goals and ensure all education programs are completed to a high standard
  • Collaborate with other Clinical Territory Managers (CTM), Clinical Specialists (CS), and Business Development Managers (BDM) to assist in the execution on business plans
  • Build an awareness and begin accessing key influencers, key hospital stakeholders and leverage relationships to execute on account strategies
  • Support clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research Manager
  • Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand
