Requirements

  • 5-8 years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically recruiting multi-state Physicians and Nurse Practitioners across all 50 states
  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
  • Experience with high-volume hiring needs- embraces the challenge and is a go-getter!
  • Proven experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Experience scheduling your own candidate screens
  • Experience “closing down” candidates
  • Savvy with platforms such as Lever & Indeed
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Lever preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc
  • Build and manage robust pipeline of clinical candidates such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches and Registered Dietitians
  • Review and assess applications/profiles to ensure job qualifications are met
  • Effectively screen candidates to ensure strong interview to hire ratio
  • Act as a direct point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process
  • Present and manage candidate offers
  • Work directly with Director of Talent to ensure hiring needs are being met
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work."
