  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 2+ years in a full-cycle clinical recruiting role, within a high-source, low-volume inbound environment

  • Experience working with a variety of recruiting systems

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead complex clinical searches from source to close, meeting deliverables across candidate experience, time to hire, and pipeline quality
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, transparent expectations, and respectful, timely interaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical and business leadership to deliver high-quality hires, develop trusting relationships, and act as a talent advisor
  • Design bold, high-impact sourcing approaches to attract top talent and build deep, future-ready pipelines by nurturing clinical networks
  • Demonstrate excellent systems knowledge, strong housekeeping skills, and aptitude for using data (e.g., pipeline analytics) to tell the recruiting story
