Requirements

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 2+ years in a full-cycle clinical recruiting role, within a high-source, low-volume inbound environment
Strong attention to detail and personal organization skills, ability to appropriately prioritize
Unwavering personal accountability, proven track record of following up and following through
Solid critical thinking skills, with a history of approaching challenges with a “how to solve” mindset
Experience working with a variety of recruiting systems
True clinical talent specialist with expertise in identifying strong clinical talent
Thrives in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments (e.g., Series B company)
Excels in high-touch, high-source, low-volume recruiting with storytelling, mission alignment, and personalization

Responsibilities

Independently lead complex clinical searches from source to close, meeting deliverables across candidate experience, time to hire, and pipeline quality
Deliver best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, transparent expectations, and respectful, timely interaction
Partner cross-functionally with clinical and business leadership to deliver high-quality hires, develop trusting relationships, and act as a talent advisor
Design bold, high-impact sourcing approaches to attract top talent and build deep, future-ready pipelines by nurturing clinical networks
Demonstrate excellent systems knowledge, strong housekeeping skills, and aptitude for using data (e.g., pipeline analytics) to tell the recruiting story
