Requirements

  • Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or Social Work
  • Registration with the relevant professional body within Israel
  • Minimum of 2 years post-masters working experience
  • Able to provide counselling within a short-term framework and case management
  • Computer literacy & ability to type fast
  • Bilingualism (English and Hebrew) is an asset; Ability to counsel in Arabic will be a benefit
  • Ability to effectively merge Clinical and EAP focus

Responsibilities

  • Provide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Israel
  • Provide all the services to which the caller is entitled in a professional and respectful manner and to standards agreed with the Clinical and Operations Manager
  • Accurately capture all information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols, standards, and procedures as laid out by the Clinical and Operations Manager
  • Adhere to the operational standards as set out by Clinical and Operations Manager
  • Provide short term telephonic counselling and case management of service users
