Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in clinical social work or an equivalent degree, and hold an independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC, with the ability to independently deliver mental health services. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN) and two years of psychiatric intake and assessment experience are considered. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required, and experience in EAP or clinical call center settings is preferred.
As a Clinical Care Navigator, the responsibilities include skillfully managing client crises through evidence-based interventions, conducting brief risk assessments and safety planning, de-escalating situations, identifying roadblocks to clinical care options, independently managing a caseload of complex clients, and connecting clients to appropriate treatment based on their needs and preferences using Lyra’s software. The role also involves utilizing proprietary software to assess client needs, and ensuring client safety and well-being through effective communication and support via phone and email.
