The position is hybrid and based in Metro Manila at the Mega Tower, EDSA, with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (MBA preferred), relevant experience in operation management preferably in a managerial role, previous experience in home care, healthcare management, or supervisory role, and in-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS including quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS.
