Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- Relevant experience in operation management, preferably in a managerial role
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare management, or a supervisory role
- In-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes
- Nice to have: Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies that uphold and exceed standards of excellence in care delivery, working with interdisciplinary teams, regulatory agencies, and senior management
- Provide consistent, day-to-day support to management and staff across multiple organisations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and policies
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in care quality and safety
- Handle Compliance Management
