Requirements

Candidates should possess a clinical or scientific degree in health sciences, such as a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Nurse, or Physician Assistant, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in a clinical educator or similar role, particularly within a regulated environment like diagnostics or biomedical devices. Experience with cardiac monitoring IDTFs and familiarity with guidelines on off-label use and other SIUU frameworks are also preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Account Educator will serve as the primary clinical contact for healthcare providers, providing expert knowledge on approved indications for iRhythm’s ambulatory cardiac monitoring systems and services, while responding to unsolicited inquiries regarding off-label use with balanced, evidence-based information. They will conduct educational sessions on the proper application of cardiac monitoring services, support regulatory compliance, and partner with internal teams to address clinical protocol gaps and provide customer feedback, all while traveling for onsite support of off-label use and SIUU training.
