The ideal candidate must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialed with at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA, and possess strong clinical skills with a diverse skillset and a thorough understanding of how to approach challenging cases. They should have experience supervising other BCBAs, demonstrating inspirational leadership qualities and a proven ability to motivate and build a team of talented individuals. Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are also required, along with being a self-starter who adapts well to change in a fast-paced environment.
As the Clinic Director, the individual will manage their own caseload, driving high-quality care and strong outcomes for clients, conduct behavior assessments, and facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). They will provide quality leadership, clinical supervision, and direction to BCBAs and RBTs, partner with senior leaders to develop and improve clinical programming, facilitate parent training, and support families. Additionally, the Clinic Director will oversee the growth of the clinic, manage day-to-day operations including personnel and client issues, serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, and promote KBH’s values and hold others accountable.
