Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field — or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in software support, implementation, QA, or IT/Finance systems, with direct client interaction
  • Good understanding of capital market products (e.g. FX, FXD, IRD, Bonds, Liquidity/Treasury), pricing, valuations, and position management
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies like Jira, SQL, Excel (formulas), system installation, and log analysis
  • Determined, quick learner, and effective team player
  • Valid work permit for the EU
  • No previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania (except minor road traffic violations)

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle of customer-reported defects — replicate issues locally, build test cases, report to internal stakeholders (including R&D), explore workarounds, collaborate with engineering on fixes, perform QA, and schedule delivery to customers
  • Provide expert advice on Calypso product usage and configuration, share known resolutions, and manage client replication environments in the Nasdaq support lab
  • Work closely with partners and internal teams such as Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure effective issue resolution and product improvement
  • Continuously learn new features, share insights with team members, and advocate for product enhancements to improve customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes that improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
