Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or HR/Learning/Change Management Consulting or Digital Learning Manager
  • Ability to lead complex and impactful projects in/for Enterprise accounts (more than 2000 employees)
  • Proven knowledge of the SaaS B2B industry (plus)
  • Proven interest in the digital industry, education, and e-learning in particular
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Native French, and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum)

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with HR executives (CHRO, Chief Learning Officer & Digital Learning Manager) of largest clients to develop usage, adoption & impact of the 360Learning platform
  • Act as a facilitator for Enterprise clients by coordinating different 360Learning resources (technical, pedagogical, etc.)
  • Empower clients with the Enterprise positioning and vision provided by the solution
  • Ensure renewal or signing of new contracts for accounts in your portfolio
  • Within 1 month: Master the product and Convexity corporate culture; familiarize with CSP team processes and tools; participate in first customer meetings
  • Within 3 months: Take over a portfolio of existing Enterprise customers; start new projects with prospects and clients
  • Within 6 months: Define learning transformation roadmap with clients and identify needed resources; define retro-planning of initiatives; identify and document customer use cases; develop trust-based relationships, especially with Top Management; work with Account Managers on up-selling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Within 12 months: Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers and implementing remedial action plans; identify strong leaders & advocates within client teams; develop and share good business practices with the Client Success team
