Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio primarily comprised of high-value, strategic, and emerging clients, ensuring alignment between client goals (global expansion, workforce management, compliance) and solutions to enable client success and long-term relationship growth
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact, providing expert guidance, support, and solutions
  • Develop and execute tailored client success strategies aligned with client goals and objectives to drive satisfaction, retention, and value realization
  • Serve as the primary advocate for clients, acting as a key escalation point for complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions
  • Engage in consultative sales conversations to identify growth opportunities, including global workforce expansion and additional service upsells
  • Leverage data and insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client business objectives
  • Implement targeted strategies to mitigate churn risk, address concerns promptly, identify at-risk accounts, and create action plans for retention
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, delivery, marketing) to meet client expectations and align new product features with client needs
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client input to advocate for enhancements driving satisfaction
  • Continuously track client health metrics (usage, satisfaction, engagement) to ensure maximum value realization
  • Proactively address potential risks and challenges to client satisfaction
