As a Client Success Director, you will lead strategic relationships with Degreed’s most valuable global clients, developing and executing data-informed success plans that drive adoption, retention, and workforce transformation. You will partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, lead executive-level engagements, monitor platform usage, champion the voice of the customer internally, and deliver measurable workforce outcomes aligned with client business priorities.
