Deep consultative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn insight into action, and adeptness at using data to influence decision-making and evolve success strategies are also required.
As a Client Success Director, the individual will own relationships with Degreed’s top strategic accounts, aligning platform capabilities to client business priorities, developing and executing data-informed success plans that drive adoption, retention, and workforce transformation, partnering with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and deliver insights that support renewals and growth, leading executive-level engagements, sharing progress, strategic recommendations, and ROI-driven narratives, monitoring platform usage and engagement to proactively address risks and optimize client outcomes, and championing the voice of the customer internally to influence product innovation and enhance client experience.
