Candidates must possess fluency in French (written and spoken), demonstrate experience managing and growing executive relationships across complex, global organizations, and exhibit deep consultative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn insight into action. They should also be adept at using data to influence decision-making and evolve success strategies, and possess the ability to navigate ambiguity and anticipate client needs.
As a Client Success Director, you will lead strategic relationships with Degreed’s most valuable global clients, developing and executing data-informed success plans that drive adoption, retention, and workforce transformation. You will partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, lead executive-level engagements, monitor platform usage, and champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product innovation and enhance client experience.
