As a Client Success Associate, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt support and communicating progress on requirements clearly to clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance client operations, prepare account status reports, address client concerns, anticipate their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and expectations, while also guiding new clients through the onboarding process and conducting client check-ins to gather feedback.
