Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in client services support or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, initiative, teamwork, a positive attitude, and strong time management skills are required. Experience with setting up and maintaining computer hardware, printers, and mobile devices is necessary.
The Client Services Support Specialist will resolve end-user issues, escalate problems when necessary, and report issues requiring advanced expertise. Responsibilities include updating and creating knowledge base content, interacting with IT Solutions Architects and management, setting up and maintaining IT equipment, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, providing proactive support and training, identifying infrastructure enhancements, monitoring the technical infrastructure, assisting end users with hardware and software troubleshooting, and contributing to the IT Knowledge Base. This role also involves participation in off-hours coverage rotation, tracking issues via a ticketing system, and occasional travel to remote sites.
