Responsibilities

  • Provide 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication)
  • Operate advanced reprographic and scanning equipment to fulfill high-volume print and digital imaging requests
  • Perform finishing work such as binding, cutting, and padding; ensure quality and accuracy of all output
  • Perform routine maintenance on copy/print devices, including loading paper, changing toner/cartridges, and troubleshooting minor issues
  • Manage hard copy and electronic job submissions, handle color calibration and image adjustments, and prepare orders for delivery or distribution
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing inbound/outbound mail and packages; maintain tracking records and provide status updates
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, support pantry and meeting room setups, perform light cleaning, and assist with employee moves or space arrangements
  • Build strong professional relationships with employees and internal teams
  • Train backup staff
  • Take initiative to improve workflows or assist during downtime
  • Process high-volume copying, printing, finishing, and reprographics orders
  • Troubleshoot equipment and ensure supplies are at satisfactory levels
  • Process inbound/outbound mail, distribute/deliver mail, handle shipping/receiving of products and supplies
  • Replenish/organize/order office supplies (pens, paper, toner)
  • Serve as backup to front office (reception/concierge)
