Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years' experience in financial services operations
  • Current knowledge of investment products and services
  • Experience with all areas of client service aspect of investment advisory
  • Exposure to web-based investment service delivery
  • Ability to work in a remote-delivery service model
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Partner with iCapital SME to process iCapital enrollments
  • Handle cash management functions, including ACAT, wire and ACH transfers
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text
  • Complete all assigned service requests within stated SLA
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on operational matters
  • Manage and process complex operational work
  • Maintain policies and procedures for regulatory-driven requirements
  • Make decisions and solve problems using sound reasoning and judgment
  • Deliver a quality client experience
  • Review clients' needs and work towards a resolution in a timely manner
