Candidates must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree, and experience in client onboarding is required, with experience in the fintech field being a plus. The role necessitates the ability to work late/night shifts, a basic understanding of applicable legislation in financial technologies/services, and a reasonable understanding of Crypto.com’s business. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively are also required. Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, respect for employee dignity, an interest in fintech, and motivation for the position are essential, along with Microsoft Windows knowledge and data management skills, English language proficiency, and excellent computer literacy.
The Client Onboarding Specialist will perform due diligence on new customers by requesting KYB/KYC information, reviewing and verifying documentation, and conducting analytical risk assessments. They will conduct Know Your Customer/Business reviews, investigate high-risk clients, participate in composing KYC/KYB policies, periodically evaluate existing customers, maintain continuous contact with customers, process amendments on customer records, provide support and knowledge sharing to cross-functional teams, assess ongoing work streams and provide feedback for operational improvements, and achieve individual and team goals. Additionally, the Specialist will have a thorough understanding of client’s business and related parties, and may be assigned specific projects as needed.
