Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience of pro-active selling and negotiation of commercially sound contracts within a B2B sales environment
  • Solid experience of retaining and growing customers in a desk-based sales environment with the ability to build lasting and trusting partnerships with customers and the ability to secure new business from new accounts
  • Demonstrable ability to spot commercial opportunities, with strong customer services and sales support background
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as time management and planning
  • Highly organised individual who can work autonomously – the role requires concurrent management & tracking of multiple points of customer engagement
  • Comfortable working in fast paced target driven environments – the role requires tenacity and a desire to engage those who may not initially see the value in what we can offer

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, building effective relationships to enable them to retain, upsell and identify new opportunities for revenue growth from new and existing accounts
  • Leveraging an automated process and Customer Relationship management systems, with the aim of promptly resolving day-to-day operational and customer challenges to drive up customer satisfaction
  • Reduce attrition, achieve & exceed revenue targets
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our Customer Touchpoint Journey and marketing programmes to increase awareness, purchasing and retention of our services
