Requirements
- Senior learning professional with expertise in evidence-based learning strategies and adult learning principles
- Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, instructional technologies, and digital training solutions
- Experience in program, project, vendor, and stakeholder management
- Ability to create course and learning path scope documents, storyboards, and frameworks
- Skills in analyzing learning outcomes, determining content update needs, and presenting results to leadership
- Proficiency in facilitating course development, training sessions, and Train-the-Trainer workshops
- Capability to act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior Learning Partners
Responsibilities
- Provide overall evidence-based learning strategy for the largest client with multiple individual learning programs
- Stay abreast of client and program needs to strategically recommend solutions and curricula
- Work closely with client, business teams, and squads to ensure training programs support workforce development
- Create frameworks and scope documents for various learning programs
- Develop and optimize learning programs addressing skill gaps, driving performance improvements, and aligning with company objectives
- Collaborate with other Learning Partners and Learning Associates on content strategy, design, production, delivery, monitoring, and learner support
- Apply adult learning principles and leverage high-touch and low-touch modalities to enhance knowledge retention
- Gather learner feedback and training data to continuously improve learning experiences
- Refine instructional design processes for effective, engaging, and scalable materials
- Mentor Learning Partners I and II by sharing best practices and supporting their skills
- Facilitate training sessions and Train-the-Trainer workshops
