Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of project management experience, along with 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office tools. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Applicants are required to work in a hybrid model and may be expected to travel up to 25% for client meetings or onsite training. Preference is given to candidates residing in HUB locations such as Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – or Northbrook, IL.

Responsibilities

Analysts are responsible for supporting overall implementation projects for new and existing clients joining CVS Caremark and strategic products. This includes developing and managing project plans to achieve specific milestones, conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality and predictable outcomes. They will also monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation and develop HR policies to ensure compliance.
