This role focuses on onboarding new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Analyst, you will support overall implementation projects, including the development and management of project plans to drive to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effective collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality and predictable outcomes.

Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations: Scottsdale, AZ; Irving, TX; Northbrook, IL.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Project Management (2+ years)
    • Microsoft Office Tools (2+ years)
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Work Arrangement:
    • Hybrid Model: Expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings.
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Travel: Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required (10-25% depending on specific role).

Preferred Qualifications

  • PBM or Health Plan experience
  • Client implementation experience
