Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Java full stack development, ideally in a client-facing or implementation role
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial services
  • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (Git)
  • Experience in Linux/unix commands
  • Experience querying RESTful APIs using PostMan or other tools
  • Hands-on experience with SFTP, PGP encryption, and secure file exchange protocols
  • Ability to identify opportunities to drive process efficiency and automation
  • Flexible to work in shifts (APAC: 6 AM to 3 PM IST; UK: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST; US: 10 PM IST to 7 AM IST)
  • Excellent personal management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience working with payment processors, banks, fintech platforms, or card management systems
  • Exposure to AWS, containerization (Kubernetes), and observability tools
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal E6 technical teams and external clients as a technical bridge to maximize customer return on investment
  • Handle three phases of implementation: Pre-Implementation activities, Implementation, and post-implementation support
  • Design and develop custom components and enhancements using Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) and modern front-end frameworks
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to internal tooling, platform enhancements, and reusable modules
  • Act as subject matter experts and mentors to teammates through formal training or informal guidance
  • Be proactive problem solvers focused on customer success and service improvements, such as developing reusable content and recommendations
