Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact with Aviva Investors operations for onboarding new and existing clients
  • Ensure seamless integration of investment and operational requirements across internal teams, external service providers, and client stakeholders
  • Lead the analysis of client, investment, and operational needs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Investment Operations, and third-party providers to define and document onboarding plans
  • Coordinate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on objectives and timelines
  • Elicit and translate business requirements into operational workflows and investment setup specifications
  • Ensure all documentation—including IMAs, reporting templates, and legal agreements—is complete and approved prior to account inception
  • Bridge client expectations with internal capabilities to deliver tailored onboarding solutions for complex investment structures such as segregated mandates and funds of one
