A proven track record of managing a portfolio of 25+ accounts and demonstrated experience in identifying sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within the financial services sector are essential. A strong understanding of risk management challenges and growth demands specific to the credit union or banking industry, along with insight into customer priorities and strategies for delivering revenue and profit expectations, is required. The role also necessitates the ability to travel up to 50% and requires the candidate to reside in the Northeast region.
The Client Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth within named accounts and managing relationships with Credit Union clients in the Northeast. This includes developing strong alliances with senior client management, providing recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts. The executive will act as a strategic partner and primary contact, guiding clients on leveraging data, analytics, software, and technology solutions for lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement. Key duties involve grasping concepts quickly, sharing industry knowledge, collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding customer needs from their perspective, and promoting the 'voice of the customer' to enhance Experian's solutions. Additionally, the role requires developing forecasts, advancing the sales pipeline, ensuring solution delivery, and identifying new business growth opportunities and partnership expansions.
