Requirements

  • Experience in banking product strategy/leadership with demonstrable expertise in commercial banking or payments
  • Ideally, experience with consulting methodologies and operating in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, can solve complex business problems through data-driven methodologies. Ability and proficiency in some leading edge analytic and business intelligence tools would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, can distil complex ideas to convey a clear message to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent business acumen, experience working with business indicators to measure performance with a focus on impacting ROI
  • Proactive, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
  • Curious, up to date with current digital trends and ability to understand implications

Responsibilities

  • Own the Commercial advisory business for Europe, working directly with key clients and Visa colleagues across the region to develop the pipeline, and execute projects
  • As a subject matter expert in Commercial, develop a strategic relationship with senior stakeholders both within Visa and at clients
  • Lead initiatives in partnership with VC&A colleagues to develop new advisory solutions related to Commercial
  • Develop insights, analyses and recommendations to support the sale of consulting engagements, improve performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across verticals and segments
  • Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., sales and solutions, marketing, sales, risk, innovation, products) and across global and regional teams to develop the consulting business in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
