Requirements

Candidates must possess strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, and exhibit excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities. A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving is essential, along with the capacity to learn new computer systems quickly. Compassion in supporting families and improving service delivery is key, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Previous experience in care coordination, case management, or administrative roles within healthcare or ABA services is preferred. A fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory, as is a reliable power backup solution.

Responsibilities

The Client Care Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between families and the clinical team throughout the ABA therapy process. Key duties include managing client onboarding, handling documentation and insurance authorization processes, and coordinating scheduling for clients and clinical staff. The role involves tracking and managing all client-related documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards, collaborating with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff for seamless service delivery, and providing timely updates to families. Additionally, the coordinator will identify opportunities for operational workflow and client experience improvements and support team performance through process enhancements and communication best practices.
