Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Tableau Server as a data consumer
  • At least 1 year of project/process management or at least 2 years of recruiting or at least 2 years of consulting experience or a combination
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to analyze data
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and tell compelling stories using data
  • Comfortable in planning, prioritizing, and delivering work across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to adapt to and support organizational change initiatives
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of project/process management or at least 4 years of recruiting or at least 4 years of consulting experience or a combination
  • Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data, and using them to make strategic changes
  • Experience with or interest in learning Tableau Desktop
  • Experience with or interest in learning to use SQL and/or Python to access and analyze data

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across a large recruiting organization and the broader enterprise to address challenges related to recruiting data and reporting, build connections with clients, and assist leadership with project delivery
  • Manage team projects, ensuring alignment with top priorities and robust communication with stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients by sharing passion about the value of recruiting data
  • Maintain expertise on data products to answer user questions, effectively recognize and translate needs into reporting product requirements for data analysts
  • Monitor product engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback then compiling into actionable product enhancements or requirements
  • Create and share guidance on tool usage, demo products to users, and educate stakeholders on the best use of Talent Acquisition (TA) data and Team Metis products
