Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in maintenance, facilities, reliability, quality, and manufacturing engineering through rotational assignments
  • Collaborate with plant leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in equipment reliability, maintenance planning, cost efficiency, and sustainability initiatives
  • Participate in rotational assignments exposing you to different aspects of the business to build technical and leadership capabilities
  • Deliver measurable impact on real business challenges based on priorities
  • Engage in developmental opportunities such as roundtable discussions with senior leaders, skill-building workshops, networking events, and community activities
  • Rotate to different plants (e.g., Escobedo Plant, García Plant, Cienega de Flores Plant) with provided relocation assistance
